Originally part of the Brooklyn Fire Department before Brooklyn was part of NYC, this house had not been renovated in almost 100 years. We were responsible for stabilizing the building envelope, and weatherproofing the whole facility. Interior work included apparatus bay, dormitory, fitness room, and building systems.
