This company was trying to sort out their highest and best use of two distinct properties. In the Roxbury section of Boston they operate out of 2 acres. They warehouse stock on 22 acres on the Boston / Dedham line. Our master planning role was to determine how best to use real estate resources, without compromising core business activities and couple that with phases of development. The solutions involved building in stages over a multi-year process, effecting and responding to surrounding market demands.
